Wings 2 salay hike letter after Result email (pass with Distinction)

I got the results email (pass with Distinction) of PP1 from Elevate this week. Can anyone please let me know when the salary hike email will come from compensation team ?

If you have chosen Technical architect or lead engineer role, you could have got more hike. The thumb rule to get more hike in Wings 2 is you need to choose aspired role higher than your current role hierarchies. Engineer and Senior engineer both are R1 role where as Lead engineer and Tech Architect are R2 role.

You may get it in a month or so. For me it's been like this in all PPs except PP2.
