1. Around a year, depending on training availability and how soon your evaluations are scheduled by TD
2. If your salary is low then around 40% (salary will be low if never switched company, never got onsite or early promotion). If your salary is high due to anything such as onsite, early promotion, higher education, retention, lateral hirer then salary hike will be around 7%

There is no straight answer about salary in wings2. Time taken? On an average 3 quarters.

Find a few associates who had aspiring role same as you and compare with their current pay/final pay after wings2 to get an assessment. That should give you some idea.
