Yes wings 2 revised compensation letter released..I got it today Effective from July 1

same here seems like we completed the pp in last quarter so effective from july but now what will happen to annual compensation aa the revised compensation says a line like annual revised compensation for 2025-26

I have a doubt i have enrolled in wings 2

So when i will complete all the courses then my interview will happen or i will be having an exam too??

I have enrolled for cloud engineering

as part of PP1 once you complete all the competency and certifications then in unit evaluation there will be an interview which is usually taken by a panel of 2 folks having atleast c3b grade

It says revised compensation letter 2025-26 where incentive parameter is added but also few addons in variable and performance pay as well.No change in basic In doubt will i receive another letter subjected Annual compensation
