Wings 2 Program query
As my milestone 1 expires, under milestone 2 what is the percentage of hike we will get if we clear pp1 with distinction.
I have total 8.6 years of experience and current Technical lead and next role is Scrum Master
Can you please suggest and also how the unit evaluation will be there?

Once milestone 1 has expired, you can't have the same Job area in milestone 2. You need to choose another job area. If you want same Job area then change your current job area to something else and let M1 expire.
Hike is not related with M1 and M2. Hike is dependent on Role Job area.
Scrum master role have been removed now from wings. I suggest you select something else. Check with other people who completed SM role and how much they got. I think you won't get much
