Wings 2 program

Hi All,

I am going to get a promotion in TCS at C2 grade. If I clear the wings 2 program, how much salary hike would I expect from it? Is it worth spending time to prepare for wings 2?

I am looking forward to some guidance.

If you are ninja grade, for R1 itself you will get good hike. If you are digital grade, pls aspire for R2 level roles

Hi, I am a ninja associate but I am a lateral hire which means in pay wise I am ahead of digital person. What is R2 level roles, I have only heard about wings 2 program? Can you please guide me.
