Wings 2 PP1 Increment
Just got revised Compensation letter on TCS email including elevate incentive component of 3% on CTC, totally shocked was expecting atleast 14% to 15% for PP1 for Technical Role. Pls advise how to and to whom I should approach to get this verified. I am hoping its a glitch and expecting a correction 🤞

You are wasting your time in tcs, I got 20+ LPA with 6 years experience, i just resigned, market is good outside
Ya, even i thought of this however need proper hands on before going for an interview. Wings was easy to clear as they where taking into consideration my BPS background and questions were bit simple.
Same was my reason, which cost of 2 years, Even now iam not ready for an interview, but to get a job you dont have to be ready
This increment is a shocker for me.
You are correct till 2023 increments were in total around 30% from pp1-pp4 but now due to high volume with limited budget it's been reduced to 2.5-3% only. I also got about 2.5%

CTC: 13.56 LPA
Current role: Developer
Aspired: Senior Engineer
I have completed about 40% of PP1... Can somebody help me get an estimate of the approx hike % I can expect after clearing PP1? Or should I switch to the next level Technical Analyst?

Yes, it depends on aspire role Your grade, your of experience, current package
Does hike really depend upon the aspired role selected?
