Wings 2 PP1 in-progress, what if a C grade in appraisal this time?
Hi guys, I have completed 50% and more learning for Wings2 PowerPlay1. I hared from my appraisal manager that there are some chance me or a colleague of same rank and experience may get C band this time. If its me, should I wait 1 year to get B band to get the Wings 2 incentives ? Or I can continue all PP1, PP2, PP3 and wait for PP4 unit evaluation after next band ? Because my milestone expiry is also at 2027 April 20th..

As far as I know, if you get C then you are not eligible for Wings, no wings evaluation, no incentive
I got B A B B previously, when on B I started Wings 2 journey. What I remember from the session is if get C they will pause incentive until get a B or A if get 2 cs It will be dropped
You are not eligible for PP1 unit evaluation, If you get C band. You can complete your learnings, but need to wait till you get B band.
