Wings 2 PP1 cleared

Cleared wings 2 PP1 with distinction. Can anyone tell , is it good in terms of incentive? Grade C3A.

You got any email confirming your PP1 result, if yes then when you got the email?

No email so far. Only a message from HR that it's clear with distinction

Congratulations. I've cleared PP1 in this quarter and waiting for compensation letter as well. From what I've heard and read so far, hike completely depends upon our grade, experience, market value for new RJA, and most importantly our current CTC (higher CTC means lower hike to offset in general).
