Wings 2 Power play 2 evaluation and salary increase

What is the evaluation criteria for wings 2 power play 2 to pass and whether the salary will increase after clearing or passing the wings 2 PP2 as the salary is increased after passing the wings2 PP1 evaluation.

PP2 you have to clear the interview with distinction, for pp2 you will get 15% hike of total amount, its 40% for pp1 so you can calculate based on your pp1 increment
