Wings 2 external certification
Is there a way to get the external certification sponsorship from TCS?
I spoke to the TD team and they said it's for a project to sponsor or not. My supervisor thinks as if the money will be cut from his salary, if he approves any external certification.
Please suggest?

Definitely not a budget issue, He is clearly afraid that if you up-skill, you would switch the company.

I did like 2 years back, I’ve done from iEvolve Wings2 path if I remember correctly. I paid the fee myself then submitted for claim. Approval mail didn’t went for Manager, I had pinged some random person they approved it. Other way is they would give free coupons, not sure how/when.
Yes, they do. But you have to persuade them.
