I’ve Tfactor 2.99 , what is the role of tfactor jn wings2 ?

Is it similar to wings1 we need to clear tech track nontech track ?

No iam wings 1 but about to complete 3 years after 3 years we are not eligible for wings 1 right ?

No its not like that. Based on your grade you will be eligible for wings1. Kindly check with your Talent development team

Your tfactor will come into play in Powerplay 3. But since you have 2.99 it wont matter as 2.99 is only needed
