Wings 2 benefits w.r.t salary?

After clearing wings 2 , will there be any changes in the employee's salary and designation? Somebody please clarify. Thanks.

No. I was just planning to start. But I came to know from all feedback from my friends that the wings hike which TCS provides isn't worth the effort that goes into clearing it. So Just gave up the plan.

Not all pp if you clear pp1 you will get approx 1lakh incentive

If you cleared all PPs with distinction. Then only salary will change. That will not be significant compared to market offerings for new designation.
