Hello folks,
Want to know which aspired role i should select in order to get good hike after clearing Wings 2 Currently working as Sap Hcm consultant and Role taged as Engineer. Open to any guidance and suggestions.

When did you join TCS? What is your overall YOE and current CTC?

I have 3.7 yoe what role should I choose? Is R1 senior Engineer or R2 technical architect? Which will give more hike ?

It depends on multiple factors, thats why asked your current CTC.
You cant aspire for Tech Architect with just 3.7 YOE. You will face issues during role deployment.
