Wings 2

Hello All , how is wings 2 program can a person switch from one domain to another domain after doing wings2 ? Like can he become a developer from a tester ? Kindly suggest . Will manager create issues while giving release ?

Wings 2 is not a criteria for switching roles and domains. Getting release from the project depends on your manager. If the project is worse and it someone is getting released, I would say he is lucky.
