Not unless you're very desperate. The hike is peanuts, 40k or less per powerplay and the courses are utterly useless (and exceptionally lengthy - 24hrs+) with no relation to your actual role whatsoever.

If you are an EP and can switch again, don't do Wings2. If you are a long time TCSer and your salary doesn't meet industry standards then u should try it.

It's not attractive like it was initially. WFO has ruined this. After going to office for 5 days, giving time for this is impossible. Also, no guarantee of hike.
