Now they are making a big scam, wings1 is not a incentive program, it is a retention or attrition program.

• Yearly they should put 3 cycles, now they made it 2 cycles per year.
• one can attempt 2 tracks per cycle ( including biz and process and tech)
• even if you clear 2 tracks, mandatory articulation and domain tracks to clear to achieve Digital.
• Articulation exam they put more than 5 self paced exam as prerequisites ( no chance of trying exam also) unless you are new employee and have to chance declare.
