Wings 1 process doubts
I have registered for wings 1 core fullstack track this cycle( i am digital fresher). I didn’t reg for non-tech tracks hoping ill complete them next cycle since I will have to wait for that either way .
So i next cycle will i be able to complete all of the tracks? That is business skill, process , articulation along with innovator coding challenge within that cycle if I tried?
You can give max of 2 assessments + articulation per cycle.
So basically I will have to wait for next to next cycle to complete the innovator milestone even if I pass in all the assessments. Coz I haven’t completed any right now
Yes, you need to get distinction in all.
basically you need to wait for atleast 3 cycles and all of them needs to be passed with distinction.. and even then if manager somehow gives you C band then finish, wait for next appraisal band after that once you got A or B, your CTC will be updated from next quarter of appraisal means July. So overall you need to wait atleast 2 years to get 20-22 ℅ hike
Yes you are right, my manager gave me C band so my wings incentive stopped, my suggestion is don't waste much time for wings exams, meanwhile look for better opportunity

Can’t register now. You will have to wait for next Cycle in November
