WINGS 1 or Switch

I'm confused. should I wait for clear wings 1 or It's better to switch.

Wings 1 ---> Articulation & Business Cleared.

YOE -> 1.8 years, 4 lpa current CTC

Clear Wings 1 (maybe it wil take 1 year)

Company Switch ( 3 months preparation)

@FrustratedTCSeR Currently working on SAP technology like ABAP, CDS etc. But thinking about changing the domain also in Java Spring boot + cloud because before joining tcs I worked in this technology. any suggestions !

Clearing wings is investing in your skills but they won't be giving any time and bandwidth for that unfortunately.

Clear wings, increase your salary and then at higher salary you can switch. Hike will be given on percentage of existing wings salary.

Thanks for the suggestions, could you please explain who ever suggest for Company switch. Suppose if I switch HR give me 30% go 50% hike on my previous salary. If I clear wings then It would be almost 8 lpa ctc so I can get better hike.

Please feel free to say if I am wrong
