I think you are one of those who has become complacent with 3.5 lpa with 5 years of experience. Working very hard to crack the absolutely absurd tests and assessments for appraisals/ or working diligently 9-5 or even overworking.
Working hard!= Good pay(Boomer)
If everyone around you is cheating their way in for good pay and you are not doing the same, you are a clown( also an ideal employee like you)
