If u are good at any core tech it takes u 1y to crack ..if u r learning.. u should put lot of efforts in the track it takes 2 y. Articulation, business process are okay

How different is wings2 process? In a year, I'd be promoted hopefully, so won't be eligible for wings1 anymore.
