Wings 1 incentive deduction due to c band
I want to really ask if there is any possibility to get my elevate incentive component resumed as i am facing an almost 40% salary deduction every month like from 50k-30k its really annoying how you have to maintain a particular band for a component that you give exams and pass in distinction for as long as you are working. I want to ask is there any way to get it resumed instead of waiting till next appraisal cycle?
I had a discussion but it was more like them just telling that it wont be changed and no chance or discussion was done from my side nor did i get to keep my side
Wings is a lollipop only. Suppose u get 4+ ipf during appraisal ideally you should get at least B but even then u can't be sure about ur band. If tcs does want to give money to anyone to mark quarterly growth they won't. Try to discuss with your manager if he can help..
No it will resume next year only once you get A or B band, maybe you could have rejected band and asked manager to change it to at least B. You can try to have a discussion with your manager and HR but there is high chance that they will also not do anything.
