Wings 1 for experienced
Hi i joined TCS As 3.5 year experience And they have me C1 role and 7 LPA So
- still I need to give wings1 to identify as high talent? 2)if I cleared wings 1 should my CTC increasing coz I heard they gave 7 lpa something like that but I have already have this CTC.So what's my new CTC if cleared wings 1 3)if CTC remains same after wings 1 clear then why I should give time to wings 1 preparation.instead i learn Deep dive of my own study

You should first ask your supervisor to nominate you for promotion to C2 grade. After you are promoted you can give wings 2 for better hike.

But how my supervisor can promote me early to C2 grade even I didn't complete 1 year in TCS.
Is there some criteria to promoted to C2 level?

You are right, if you haven't completed 1 year then it might be an issue. Im sorry, I read your question as 3.5 years in TCS.

My question is also same , my experience in TCS 6 month & overall experience is 4 years, if I passed wings1 exam, my salary will be above 7 lpa ?
