Wings 1 for digital fresher

I am fresher from digital batch joined on October of 2023. I would like to know how much hike I will receive after clearing wings 1 and innovator coding challenge

I cleared wings 1. Joined as ninja. After becoming digital 3.5pla increased. After becoming innovator 2.2lpa increased.

11 lpa max as per some friends information. Not sure though. But the earlier you clear the better it is.
