Wings 1 for C1 grade

Hi I’m joined TCS has lateral and about to complete 2 yrs coming April in tcs ,they gave me C1 grade with 9.3LPA package due to lateral 1st yr no increment,so i thought of writing wings 1 exam how does it helps with salary increment if i clears exam any idea
