Hi all, I have cleared wings 1 digital milestone in November 2023 cycle but till now I haven't received the compensation letter of it now, when I asked my HR about it she gave me very generic answer that it is under process. Now I got to know that letters are released from 1st week of feb. What should I do? Even after completing all things, I haven't received my CL.
In TCS, we don't tolerate such lapses. I suggest you to escalate this matter to the higher authorities. It's your right to receive what you've earned. Don't hesitate to voice your concerns. Remember, a squeaky wheel gets the oil. Stand up for your rights. This is not just about you, but about setting a precedent for all TCS employees.
