Wings 1 Exam
Hey All, I am thinking of giving for wings 1 exam this year. I have completed all the non-tech leaning part. I need some suggestion on taking the technical track. What are your suggestions and what do you think is easiest track compared to all the tracks available. Thank you.

For all the non tech, learning is not enough. We need to attempt the exams only in TCS iON centres, which are far away city(mostly). Yearly they conduct 3 times, but sometimes they conduct 2 times a year. After attempting the exam, need to wait for next cycle to see the previous cycle results. They allow you to write atmost 3 exams per cycle. So we cant attempt all 6 exams in one cycle.
Even if you prepare for innovator coding challenge, you cannot write in same cycle, because prerequisite should be met for innovator.
That means To get wings1, we need to spend atleast 3 years in TCS (assuming without missing any cycle)
For those 3 years huge efforts, they just give you variable pay of increment of just 40%.
Again, if you fail to get A or B band. Your variable pay will be lost.

As per updated SOP, below are mandatory to clear wings1
- Domain
- Articulation
- unit elective(certification alternative) / Core Program Tech / Core Fullstack
- Process
- Business
- Innovator Coding challenge (only after prerequisite met)

I am also planning to give wings1 exam
