Wings 1 Capability
I have cleared Wings 1 Digital 2 years back and unable to clear Innovator for almost 2 years. And got promoted to C2 couple of cycles back. Now whenever someone speaks about Wings I feel sad because of the lost opportunity.
Also recently one of my colleague (junior by 3 years) asked me to guide to clear Wings, I feel to run away... But unable to do so, since he is one who respects and reaches out to me.
I think I am a bit jealous here and maybe thinking that they may surpass my package.
How to tackle this emotion...or If there is any way that my package be increased beyond Innovator so I may stop the feeling and try to help him

Oh god. Why are you upset. You are lucky you got promoted. Now your digital incentive are part of your CTC. No stress about getting C band.
You can fight with manager change your project and stuff like that.
As for innovator, they aren't letting many clear it. U can't even see marks obtained. Think of it as a scam
You are lucky that you got promoted to C2, nowadays promotions are also stopped, now coming to innovator , success ratio is very low only 1-2% in entire tcs have qualified that. Instead of getting jealous, be thankful to God and if you still want more just switch from this organisation.
