Wings 1 Bonus queries

If I clear Wings 1 and if my package is around 4.5 lpa, will I receive 2.5 lpa as bonus, so that my annual earnings become 7 lpa or I'll receive 3.5 lpa as wings bonus irrespective of my current package?

You wings incentive will be close to 2.9/3 lakhs. Another components will be a bit revised too.. From your package it seems you're 3+yoe, so overall package will be 8/8.5 Lpa. Most probably 8 lpa.
