Wings-1 and C2 promotion

What happens to wings-1 incentive when an associate receives promotion from C1 to C2. Will it be added to the basic pay and get fixed or will it continue as variable money which can be stopped anytime depending upon bands?

Yes that incentive gets added into your CTC as fixed amount.

I tried asking multiple HRs, but no one was able to confirm. Are you someone who got this or do you know someone?

It's written in SOP. Once you have been promoted to C2 grade, the Elevate incentive will be merged with your CTC. Band criteria will not be applicable after that
