I am working around 11 lpa in tcs if I qualify wings1 how much increment I can expect on my ctc?

Are you c1 grade, then yes.. But as per your salary your hike will be less if you clear wings1

Approx 5 to 10%..you can try your luck but don't expect much

You are already at the upper end of CTC, my friend with 7.5 Lpa C1 cracked wings 1 digital and got hike of 1 Lpa only which made his ctc to 8.5... Now on clearing innovator max will be 11.5/12 I guess... Since urs is already 11 then I think 11.5/12 u will get if u clear it. I don't it will go. Beyond 12, but still u can try and clear it maybe it can go beyond it, not sure.
