Yes, it is worth investing time in the Wings 2 program, but not just for a 10–15% hike in TCS.
It's better to use the Wings program for learning and then switch company to get 50–100% hike outside.

I wasted months on it and pp1 hike was like 2 % which comes as a separate part in salary slip. If i ever get c or d band it will be stopped. I am not interested in doing pp2 and pp3 now

Wings2 is scam, there is no transparency how much salary they increase , very long course, delay interview and after interview delay in result, so many policies change frequently

Not sure they will roll out any compensation revision for wings. It looks like they are on hold like annual revision. People are waiting for revision in which they completed wings in Q4

Wings 2 is completely waste of time and don’t know how individuals learning are tagged with appraisal. If your bands comes down then all your efforts are waste. Appraisal should be based on your work performance and other factors like shoe lickings and boot lickings, your terms with your managers. If someone putting learning efforts more than a year and it’s gone if your appraisal is not good.

Wings team not conducting interviews timely and there are frequently policy amendment, better to prepare for 6 month and get 100 💯 percent hike
