I have seen few meetings over Wing 2 awareness kind of stuff, but i have missed the mettings.
Can any one explain what is it? Any use for increase in performance hike?

I only attended a couple. In my honest opinion it is a helpful platform for learning and being rewarded. I heard they give some addtl hike also on successfully completing the program. This will be without the problem of comparisons, budget availabilities etc. So good opportunity in my opinion. Worst case you will still learn, so not bad anyways.
