First of all it's not % of your salary. It's a fixed amount calculated for your profile.
What was your PP1 Amount and RJA ?

Rja means? My current ctc is 6.6 lpa,I got 14 % hike on r1 role role domain specialist regulatory Affairs as per sop 40 % hike for pp1.can you elaborate
