i think wfo is way better than wfh imo.
my office is like 800m away so I go by walking. also office space is very cool. ultrawide screen. steelcase chair. free food.
But you can have these “ultra wide screen, steel case chair and free food” at your home also right?
Any other reason in particular?
i can get them at my home but then it won't be 'free' right? the steelcase chair alone would cost 1.5L.
and it's mostly the vibe of the work environment, it makes me wanna work. at home I am sluggish.
Right now working wfo, but if I get chance I would definitely love wfh. Though wfo is not bad, but only thing sucks is living 100s of kms away from family, specially when someone is ill in your family, and can't be with them. It totally sucks.

100% yes. No budging on that inspite if the fact that I am very satisfied with my role and the money.
Bruh WFH is not everything, the kind of vibe, social connection and culture you get in office is unparalled...
100% remote. Willing to take a cut to stay remote. Saving a lot of money and time by avoiding commute. As an introvert I don’t have to get into forced HR events. I still visit office once in a while to meet team members or for quarterly All-hands.
