Nope . From business perspective I do believe it will increase the number of return orders. People will wear it for 2-3 hours then they will return. And if you don't provide return policy people will stop buying clothes without return policy as everyone has different comfort wearing style and no one would want to take the risk

Makes complete sense. But I think this is a solvable problem.

There is a market for this i think. Especially those who go out for events/unplanned vacations and need outfits last minute.

The biggest problem with regular e-commerce is fitting check. If you can make the delivery guy wait till the fit check is approved, you could probably have a lower returns percentage. Just make it non refundable after fit check approval and have the delivery guy take two extra sizes (smaller and larger) in case chosen size doesn't fit.

Isn't it there already? Blinkit, Zepto, JioMart, Swiggy Instamart also have started selling apparel and deliver in 10-15 mins.

Yeah true, I am already selling women ethnic via Myntra, Ajio and my own website. I operate from BLR, I was just checking if people are interested in getting it earlier, I can deliver in 1 hours at much lower prices than Myntra and Ajio.

I think Bata is partnering with quick commerce platforms for a 10 min delivery of their footwear. Interesting times ahead. Lets not forget what everyone said about q commerce initially, and now the incumbents are making a comeback into the segment.

Main issue which I personally face is the quality of product seems all fine in descriptions and pictures but when I actually get the product it's not the desired one, apart from fit checks which were pointed above if the look and feel are also made close enough to the posting then definitely reducing delivery time really makes sense.

My family business is of clothes trading. Was thinking of this exact thing few days back. Something like zomato for apparels. Got nice viewpoints from comment section.
