Will we get the Compensation in December? Or should we expect next year?
Reviews were done in July but still there is no information about compensation letter and there is no hope for increament as well but is there any percentage how much hike we will get?? There were news about hike percentage, we will get 7% hike only and if someone did good they will get 15% hike. HCL is very good at breaking expectations and hope.

Bro, compensation will be in december for sure. Accenture is better than HCL in this matter. Expect around 7% hike, but if you did really well, you might get 15% hike. 💪
