Trending @Infosys; Will we get Hike in 2026

Last year hike ws in January for jl5 and below.

Will this year also january we will get hike?

Some people are saying bout April? May i know why April ?

So i had a call with my manager today so i asked for a promotion last month but 4 years not completed for me yet. And last promotion was TA which was given to me on jan 2025 also need to complete bcep exam to be eligible. So till then manager gave me a 12-13% hike also got compensation letter revised letter yesterday. So today he told me over call that rating based hike letters will be rolled out in February and will be effective from january.
