Trending @Wipro; Will we get appraisal this year on time?

Doesn't seem like it given the lack of any updates. The only feedback my manager gave is that he has given his feedback. I don't even know wtf feedback he has given

I don't think it's on time last year hike cycle moved September to December .for some of them they skipped.

Last time is december. Still L2 review pending. I don't think they will process in time
