Trending @Capgemini; Will we be having holiday on the day of election?

The 2024 general elections will be starting soon and many of us are working in hybrid mode, And different locations have different election days. So just wanted to know whether we'll be having holiday on the day of election? Like suppose my home town is X and my base location is Bangalore. So if there will be a holiday, on which day will it be, Bangalore's election day or X's election day?
