Trending @Infosys; Will we be asked to resign when put on bench?

My project ends at 27th Feb and I’ll be put to bench. I got a Commendable rating and want to know whether i’ll be asked to resign?? Anyone have any views on this?

Hi I’m from STG unit and I also have been put on PIP since I got the NI rating. Till now nothing has been communicated to me and according to my mentor I will be placed in 30 days PIP. Wanted to know if the certification I will have to take it from office or I can take it from anywhere

Nope, if you are good at your work they will schedule an interview for the client in a short time span so we prepare and get the project as soon as possible
