Trending @Cognizant; Will utilization gets impact if we don't submit timesheet on friday?

I have submitted my timesheet on April 30th as a month end timesheet which was on Wednesday. So when I was submitting for the weekend timesheet on Friday that is on May 2nd, my manager still didn't approved the month end timesheet. Just wanted to clarify will the utilization be impact for the same?
