will they onboard us at LTIMindtree?

recently i got selected as a graduate engineer trainee at LTIMindtree for 4.05 LPA, on campus drive. i’m just worried if they will on board us and uncertain whether there will be an internship or training or a direct onboarding after graduation on May 2025.
