It depends on your manager, few would allow yu to work on near by location, few manager won't allow.

Near means there is 2 office in bangalore can i work near to my pg because my base location is far from me

Talk to your manager, like I said. Few will agree to the near location, few won't allow and ask yu for base location. It's completely based on your manager.
