Trending @Infosys; Will they keep me in PIP?
I am on bench since from my joining in infosys as a fresher. i.e., 2 years exactly Will they keep me in PIP? What should I do? There is no growth in my journey All are same now as starting
I have joined in infy 7 months ago as a lateral employe, I'm project from starting but not much work I have in my project.
Do I get any problem regarding my career in Infosys or in my hike cycles?
Why are you still in this company?? What's the profit why not preparing to switch
Start looking for new job asap... break your safe zone either it is very difficult for you to upcoming days.....base on my experience
Same question but I am on bench from 1.5 years
Switch asap
2 years is long time,try to switch or else get a project and start working.else you will be identified in scrutiny and probably put under PIP
