Trending @Capgemini; Will they cut bonus if i am non compliant with BTO

Hi All I have been compliant till now But i live 36km away from office and as i am out of perimeter so unable to avail office cab. I have health concern but could avail only 14days BTO exemption.

Now seeing my health and current work travel, i am thinking to work from home so even no hike and promotion atleast i can have good health and mental peace as completing 6hr is also a pain

Suggest please

Similar thing happened to my people manager
I last year he didn't go to office properly, so HR gave rating as Needs Improvement, which means 4, so in this case no yearly hike and variable pay (he is in C grade), also above this he faced BOTP(back on track plan) for next 60 days, where he goes to office 12 days a month, 8 hours per day (BOTP closed positively)

yes, upto 15 percent
like for 3 rating they release 80 percent but if you are non complaint to BTO they they will release upto 65 percent variable pay.
