Trending @Infosys; Will they consider my salary revision??

I joined Infy on Aug'21 ... Currently I'm SSC without any hike given in last FY due to company decision. Now that I have no idea when will they give hike.. I want to ask my DM directly about revising my salary to market standards. Will they consider my request ?

Also, what % hike can I expect ?

They will not revised. Those who have other offer in hand for them also they are not ready to increase salary. They will simply say good bye.

Wait till the quarterly results meeting bro, this will be the first question they will face and wait for their response. I heard somewhere that the hike is deferred till Jan
