Trending @Accenture; Will they accept exception request bcz my kid age is less than one year my wife and myself is only care taker for her???

Two months ago, when my wife was 8 months pregnant, I requested an exception as the secondary caregiver (biologically), but it was denied since Accenture grants exceptions only to primary caregivers - typically the mother. Now, my newborn is just one month old and has already been hospitalized twice. As the sole breadwinner, I am the primary caregiver in practice, supporting both my child and wife financially and logistically. I believe this situation warrants a reconsideration of the policy, based on actual caregiving responsibility rather than solely biological roles.

It might be a good idea to switch to your base location. That way, you can simply visit the office for a short duration—perhaps just an hour—as they are currently tracking only physical swipes, not actual working hours. In parallel, you could also consider raising an exception request to formalize the arrangement.
