Will there be stronger laws to protect IT employees in future?
With layoffs happening left and right, people being forced to resign, salaries being withheld for months. Do you think something will change in the future?
will IT employee agree if they bring in salary limit rules?. IT employees should not look for things that only benefit them.
More salary = more tax to the govt. Why do we need to limit salary to provide basic laws. Also not all IT employees earn more. Jinki salary kam hai at least unko toh protection mile.
manufacturing has many labor friendly rules. which also include clauses regarding pay. One should not expect 2YOE employee to be paid 30LPA and have labor laws that says work only 8 hrs a day with 2 tea breaks , 1 lunch break and yearly 10.2% bonus.
Techies who crib about life in IT should work in manufacturing.

I agree as there are soo many engineering colleges available and everything year lacks of engineering students getting graduated with the more updated syllabus its very tough for things to regulate
