Trending @Accenture; Will there be any mid year appraisals this year
Joined at CL 11.3 on October 21; at joining, no bonus was provided; said COVID is on it's layoff time. Later, some market correction happened, and that’s it. There is no yearly increment, no retention bonus. I didn’t get any promotion to CL 10, nor did my salary increase. Any suggestion how ask my manager for my deserving pay.
You need to discuss with your lead/manager regarding this. We are working and expecting for what we are working. Even now we need to submit our priorities reflection, say need to discuss regarding that and tell your expectations if again they are not ready to recognise you, go ahead and drop papers
If you promoted recently, you will get a salary hike based on your promoted role.
Forget mid-year, the annual appraisals look gloomy already by what am hearing.
