Will there be any impact if I join a new company when I am on leave during my last week of my notice?
I am currently on notice and I have applied for leave for last week of my notice and it has been approved. Will there be any issues like PF etc. if I join a new company during my leave? Kindly assist.

This is not legal. Clashing of dates might be problematic. Always join one day after the last working day of previous employment
Yes. Your last working day for PF contribution from the old employer would clash with the starting date for PF contribution for the new employer.
I mean I usually try to take some 2-3 day gaps so that I can reset before starting new job. What’s the rush ?
